Quality and Client service

We mean quality.

Anyone can say they provide quality. Our ISO 9001 certification shows that we mean it.
In support of our commitment to quality, Stoquart has obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certification. This internationally recognized standard ensures that we (and our partners) follow dedicated, strict processes to provide only high quality deliverables, and that we continually strive for improvement in those processes—and in our performance.

In addition, as a client of Stoquart you may expect:

  • To tap our mechanisms and processes for quickly providing and implementing feedback
  • That we will leverage a clear reporting policy
  • We will respond to your calls and e-mails promptly
  • You’ll work with one contact person—no surprises
  • Individuals working on your projects will be native speakers, most in-country
  • Translators we select for you will be specialists in their fields
  • All Stoquart staff will be trained linguists, all carrying university degrees
  • That we will, when needed, tap the expertise of specialists in various fields through a framework contract with our local university
  • That we will do the work ourselves; we are not “traders” or “letter boxes”
  • That we will and do share best practices across partner firms for better services for you

We mean service.

Quality is everyone's responsibility. It is not enough to just do your best or work hard. You must know what to work on.
W. Edwards Deming, educator and consultant known as the father of the quality revolution

Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.
William A. Foster, American educator and economist

Our service workflow, while standard for the industry, is more complex than people new to translation and localization might expect. And because we’re nimble and flexible, we’re able to easily adapt our workflow to meet the particular requirements of your projects.

Stoquart Workflow

  1. When we first learn of your work, we perform a project management analysis to see if it’s feasible for us to complete it in terms of content, format and deadline.
  2. If we’re missing information, we’ll obtain it from you so we can give you an accurate quote.
  3. We’ll make sure we have the proper resources available to do the job.
  4. We’ll send you a quote, including a budget and deadline.
  5. Upon approval, your Project Manager will select the appropriate resources for the job.
  6. Files will be prepared, if needed.
  7. The translation work then begins, including research, editing, proofreading using CAT tools, search engines, terminology lists, terminology databases, external experts—whatever is required to do the job right.
  8. Next is a question and answer session with you, if you desire.
  9. If needed, we post-process files after the translation is complete.
  10. We perform desktop publishing, if desired.
  11. Translated files are delivered to you.
  12. Files are reviewed and approved.
  13. Feedback is implemented.
  14. Final files are delivered.
