Stoquart has been delivering high-quality translations on time and on budget to firms pursuing growth strategies involving foreign markets around the globe for more than 25 years.

Translation

Stoquart translates technical, information, sales, marketing and Web texts into your customers’ vernacular. W provide prompt translation of common and not-so-common languages for projects large and small.

Localization

We create culturally correct products and services for distribution in your customers’ markets. This includes handling Web site localization, software localization and game localization, to name a few.

Transcreation

We translate creative content, including advertising material, taking care to get the message across before focusing on the words. In fact, transcreation is more a process of adaptation than translation.

Copywriting

Starting with a basic framework, we draft original texts from scratch. We play with words, ensuring that the content is as coherent as the text as a whole. We tailor texts to each customer’s requirements

Business Clients

Moving into a new market … launching a new service … refreshing a global product, communication tool or other collateral.

These are weighty projects, fraught with many potential pitfalls and perils, which is precisely why we think you shouldn’t have to worry about whether your translation will be done on time, or whether your localized software will hit the shelves as planned, or whether you’ll find—post-launch, of course—a major cultural snafu, translation typo or embarrassing grammatical blunder.

Whether you’re a purchasing manager, VP of communications, director of marketing or CEO, we’ll work with you from idea germination to terminology and product testing to pre-press and beyond, if you desire, taking the worry of getting it done (and getting it done right) off your shoulders.

Agency Clients

While cost might potentially drive you to use freelancers rather than an agency for your translation and localization projects, lower cost nearly always also carries with it lower levels of service and quality. While freelancers are key players in the translation market, they cannot tackle multiple projects simultaneously, nor can they provide the same added value you receive through an agency like Stoquart.

That’s why we’d like to point out that Stoquart — in addition to bringing you competitively priced volume translation and localization services completed on deadline and completed well—approaches your projects with a level of intensity, concentration and dedication you won’t find anywhere else. We’ll take all or part of the translation and/or localization workflow out of your hands, in a fine-tuned process designed to make your job as easy as possible.

Turn it over to us. And consider it done.

If you’re a project or vendor manager at an MLV, then you’ll probably want to know that our MLV clients appreciate our ability not only to get the work done with as little stress to them as possible, but also to tackle large volumes, apply a high-tech edge to handling multiple file types, and to leverage our large in-house pool of linguists for better control over deliverables as compared to many translation and localization providers.

Quality and Service

Our service workflow, while standard for the industry, is more complex than people new to translation and localization might expect. And because we’re nimble and flexible, we’re able to easily adapt our workflow to meet the particular requirements of your projects.

Stoquart Workflow

  1. When we first learn of your work, we perform a project management analysis to see if it’s feasible for us to complete it in terms of content, format and deadline.
  2. If we’re missing information, we’ll obtain it from you so we can give you an accurate quote.
  3. We’ll make sure we have the proper resources available to do the job.
  4. We’ll send you a quote, including a budget and deadline.
  5. Upon approval, your project manager will select the appropriate resources for the job.
  6. Files will be prepared, if needed.
  7. The translation work then begins, including research, editing, proofreading using CAT tools, search engines, terminology lists, terminology databases, external experts—whatever is required to do the job right.
  8. Next is a question and answer session with you, if you desire.
  9. If needed, we post-process files after the translation is complete.
  10. We perform desktop publishing, if desired.
  11. Translated files are delivered to you.
  12. Files are reviewed and approved.
  13. Feedback is implemented.
  14. Final files are delivered.

In addition, as a client of Stoquart you may expect:

  • To tap our mechanisms and processes for quickly providing and implementing feedback
  • That we will leverage a clear reporting policy
  • We will respond to your calls and e-mails promptly
  • You’ll work with one contact person—no surprises
  • Individuals working on your projects will be native speakers, most in-country
  • Translators we select for you will be specialists in their fields
  • All Stoquart staff will be trained linguists, all carrying university degrees
  • That we will, when needed, tap the expertise of specialists in various fields through a framework contract with our local university
  • That we will do the work ourselves; we are not “traders” or “letter boxes”
  • That we will and do share best practices across partner firms for better services for you
